What ages enjoy Asheville Scoopies most?
Ages 6 to 12 are the best fit. Families planning for younger children, teens, or mixed ages can still send a request so Metra can review the group.
How many children can come?
The base package covers 1 to 10 children. Groups may include up to 20 children, with a $35 charge for each child after the first 10.
Where do you travel?
Asheville Scoopies currently serves Asheville and Hendersonville. Metra can come to a home or an event space in either city.
What does Metra bring?
Metra brings the scoop activity, games, prize mix, display materials, and party supplies for the hosted activities. Setup and cleanup for those activities are included.
What does our family provide?
Your family provides the party space, food, drinks, cake, venue access, parking details, and a responsible adult who stays available throughout the party.
Can activities be adjusted?
Yes. You can ask for quieter sound, visual steps, breaks, seated play, different ways to answer, or other practical changes when you request the party.
Does Metra serve food or cake?
No. Families handle food, drinks, and cake, which leaves Metra free to lead the games, scoop, and prize matching.
Does the request form confirm my date?
No. Metra reviews each request first, then contacts you about the date and next step. A date is confirmed only after the required payment is complete.
How do payment and cancellation work?
For parties more than seven days away, a $100 deposit confirms the date and the balance is due seven days before the party. The full payment, cancellation, and one-time reschedule rules are listed on the payment policy page.
