I keep the party moving
I bring the setup, games, scoop, and prizes, then guide the party from hello to the final reveal. Families can stay present while I keep the activities moving.
I travel to homes and event spaces in Asheville and Hendersonville. Before the event, I work with each family to plan the setup and practical ways for children to participate.
One host, one clear plan
What Metra handles
You will know who is arriving and what she is bringing.
Before the party
Metra reviews the date, venue, guest count, activity choices, and participation options with the family.
At setup
She arrives about 30 minutes early to arrange the scoop, games, prizes, and activity space.
During the fun
She explains each activity, guides the group, decodes the scoop, and keeps track of the prize mix.
At the finish
She checks the prizes, leads the final reveal, and cleans up the activity materials she brought.
