Hi, I’m Metra

I keep the party moving

I bring the setup, games, scoop, and prizes, then guide the party from hello to the final reveal. Families can stay present while I keep the activities moving.

I travel to homes and event spaces in Hendersonville and Asheville. Before the event, I work with each family to plan the setup and practical ways for children to participate.

I wanted to bring the fun of online scoops to in-person parties, especially for kids who cannot join in at bounce houses or skating rinks.

What we handle

You will know who is arriving and what we are bringing.

  1. Before the party

    We review the date, venue, guest count, activity choices, and participation options with the family.

  2. At setup

    We arrive about 30 minutes early to arrange the scoop, games, prizes, and activity space.

  3. During the fun

    We explain each activity, guide the group, match the scoop to prizes, and keep track of the prize mix.
