Who may use the request form

The party request form is for parents, guardians, and event organizers age 18 or older.

Information submitted through the form must be accurate and related to a real party request.

Sending a request does not hold or confirm a date. Metra reviews the request and contacts the adult organizer with the next step.

A date is confirmed only after approval and the required payment.

Website estimates are based on the guest count entered. The server checks every total before a request is stored or a payment is created.

A responsible adult must remain available throughout the party.

Personal care, medication, feeding, transfers, and health support remain the responsibility of the family or the child’s usual support person.

The family provides legal access to the home or event space and shares accurate entry, parking, and access information.

The family is responsible for venue rules, food, drinks, cake, and supervision outside Metra’s hosted activities.

Asheville Scoopies will review reasonable activity changes with the family. Access choices do not cost extra.

Every venue and request is different, so Asheville Scoopies cannot promise that every setup or every need can be supported.

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, send harmful code, impersonate another person, or submit false requests.

Asheville Scoopies may decline a request that cannot be delivered safely or within the listed service.

Website text, layout, and Asheville Scoopies business materials may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Prize photos show examples. Exact colors, designs, and available prize types can change.

Payments, hosting, email, storage, and optional analytics use third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply.

These terms may be updated when the service or legal duties change. The latest update date appears at the top of this page.
