Scoop Purchase Policy

Your surprise mix

Standard scoops include at least 15 items each. A $30 Mini Scoop includes at least 7 items.

Photos show examples, not a fixed set. Themes guide the mix, and specific items may vary.

Prices and extras

One standard scoop costs $45, two cost $80, and three cost $110. Each no-theme scoop receives 20% off its equal share of the bundle price.

The $15 video add-on is one private recorded reveal for your whole order. We email the link when your package ships or goes out for delivery.

USPS shipping or local delivery costs $7 per order. Applicable tax is added at checkout; extras and fulfillment are not discounted.

Delivery and shipping

Local delivery covers addresses within 25 miles of Hendersonville. We check your address and confirm timing before requesting payment.

For USPS orders within the USA, we hand the package to USPS within one business day after payment. USPS transit time is separate and is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Check your address before paying. Contact us promptly about an address mistake or delivery issue.

All sales final

Purchased scoops are nonrefundable for a change of mind or disappointment with surprise contents. Please choose carefully before paying.

Contact us about damaged, missing, or incorrect items so we can arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution. If we cannot supply your order, we refund it.

This policy does not limit rights required by law. Party deposits follow the separate party payment policy.
