We review the actual space
A home or event venue may have steps, narrow routes, limited parking, or table restrictions. We review the setup with the family before confirming the participation plan.
We cannot promise that every venue or every party setup will meet every access need.

A responsible adult must remain available throughout the party. Personal care, medication, feeding, transfers, and health support remain the responsibility of the family or the child’s usual support person.
