More Ways to Join the Fun

Tell us what helps your child join in. We can plan practical changes with your family before the party.

Plan together

Tell Metra what works

We can plan quieter sound, visual schedules, breaks, seated games, different ways to answer, large-print materials, and prize choices. Because we travel to homes and event spaces, we will review the setup with you before the party.

Access choices are part of every package and are not a paid upgrade.

The question we ask

What would help the birthday child or guests participate comfortably?

We do not need a diagnosis. Share only the practical information that helps Metra plan the activities and space.

We review the actual space

A home or event venue may have steps, narrow routes, limited parking, or table restrictions. Metra reviews the setup with the family before confirming the participation plan.

We cannot promise that every venue or every party setup will meet every access need.

Prize choices depend on stock

Tell Metra about materials, scents, or ingredients to avoid. We will review current supplier information and available choices, but we do not promise allergy-free prizes.

A responsible adult stays available

A responsible adult must remain available throughout the party. Personal care, medication, feeding, transfers, and health support remain the responsibility of the family or the child’s usual support person.

Asheville Scoopies does not provide medical, nursing, transportation, personal-care, or therapy services.
