Payment, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

Party price

The package costs $399 for 1 to 10 children. Each additional child costs $35, up to a maximum of 20 children.

The $399 minimum remains the same for parties with fewer than 10 children. The price for 20 children is $749.

Request review and date approval

Sending the form does not confirm a party date. Metra reviews the request before collecting money.

Only one confirmed party may be held on a calendar date.

Parties more than seven days away

A $100 deposit confirms an approved date. The remaining balance is due seven days before the party.

Metra reviews the final guest count and sends the balance payment request.

Parties seven days away or sooner

The full party price is due when Metra approves the request. Payment must be completed before the date is confirmed.

Guest count changes

Guest increases after the deposit cost $35 for each child above the first 10.

Every increase depends on available prizes and the 20-child limit. A request is not approved until Metra confirms it.

Cancellation and refunds

Seven or more days before the party

Cancel seven or more days before the scheduled party for a refund of the full amount paid.

Less than seven days before the party

Payments are not refundable. The family may move the party once to an available date within 90 days.

If Asheville Scoopies cancels

Asheville Scoopies will refund the full amount paid.

One-time reschedule

A late-cancellation reschedule may be used once and the new date must be within 90 days of the reschedule request.

The new date must be available and remains subject to the one-party-per-day rule. A second reschedule is not permitted under this policy.
