One package for the full group

The $399 minimum stays the same for parties with fewer than 10 children. Applicable sales tax is added before you pay.

The scoop is part of the entertainment and the take-home goody bag.

    The group plays age-appropriate trivia and wins bonus prizes.

    Scoop and prize matching

    Each child gets the same scoop as the birthday child, and we match the prizes.

  4. 30 minutes

    Games

    The group plays bingo, ring toss, or another selected activity.

  5. 15 minutes

    Breaks and final reveal

    There is room for transitions, quiet breaks, a prize check, and the final reveal.

We match each scoop symbol to the party prize board. The exact symbols and prizes are shown at the party because the available mix can change.

Booking and payment

We review your request before payment

  1. Send your request
  2. We review the details
  3. Pay to confirm your date
  • Sending a request does not confirm the date.
  • We review the request before collecting money.
  • For parties more than seven days away, a $100 nonrefundable deposit confirms the date.
  • The remaining balance is due seven days before the party.
  • For parties seven days away or sooner, full payment is due after approval.
  • The first 10 children are included. Each additional child is $35, up to 20 children total.

Changes and cancellation

Know your options

  • For new bookings, cancel seven or more days before the party for a refund of payments above the $100 deposit.
  • Payments are not refundable for cancellations less than seven days before the party.
  • One date change may be available. See the full policy.
  • The new date must follow the one-party-per-day rule.
  • If Scoopie Adventures cancels, the full amount paid is refunded.
