Every piece points to a prize
Metra matches each scoop symbol to the party prize board. The exact symbols and prizes are shown at the party because the available mix can change.

Booking and payment
Metra confirms the date first
- Sending a request does not confirm the date.
- Metra reviews the request before collecting money.
- For parties more than seven days away, a $100 deposit confirms the date.
- The remaining balance is due seven days before the party.
- For parties seven days away or sooner, full payment is due after approval.
- Guest increases cost $35 each and depend on available prizes and the 20-child limit.
Changes and cancellation
Know your options
- Cancel seven or more days before the party for a full refund of the amount paid.
- Payments are not refundable for cancellations less than seven days before the party.
- A late cancellation may move once to an available date within 90 days.
- The new date must follow the one-party-per-day rule.
- If Asheville Scoopies cancels, the full amount paid is refunded.
One birthday scoop for everyone
The birthday child makes the scoop, and that result chooses the surprise mix for the whole group. Metra handles the matching so everyone can follow along.
